# Balancing

JP3Gvault’s investment governance system was crafted over months of analysis and experimentation to achieve the best balance between decentralization and efficiency.

* Decentralization : being a DAO, it is important that we maximize each individual’s voice and potential input into the process.
* Efficiency : because we want to compete at the highest levels, we need to embed mechanism that guarantee we executed up to these standards.
